Items are all individually packaged/wrapped with an reusable mini ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. If the ice pack used is no longer cold upon arrival, no worries! The ice pack is used to help the product stay cold and travel safely during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives. Please read our full Shipping Policy for more information.

For best results, our jars can be refrigerated upon arrival or left at room temperature tightly closed in our pre-packaging and consumed within 3-5 days of arrival. You may also freeze them, however before consumption let thaw in refridgerator 5-7 hours. If kept frozen, cake jar(s) can last up to 1 month from date received.
